Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall in charge of the onsite operations specific to customer being assigned.
  • Regularly does solicitation and call out to customers.
  • Ensures on-time pick up and delivery of every shipments by conducting regular monitoring of onsite activities.
  • Monitors end to end transactions from booking to delivery up to POD return, claims and account receivables.
  • Facilitates Customer related requirements
  • Attends to customers issues and concerns on a timely manner.
  • Regularly aligns the Customers Order to Delivery (OTD) based on 2go vessel schedule
  • Prepares customer KPI on a weekly basis for review of the Onsite Key Account
  • Manager for presentation to Sales Team and customer.
  • Monitors Inorganics personnel assigned at Customers premises
  • Leads the alignment of customers Standard Process of Operations (SOP) together with the onsite team and Sales Manager/Sales Executive assign.
  • Conduct GEMBA to avoid/lessen Customers claims
  • Conducts regular On-site visit covering the area assigned to the onsite team.
  • Conducts regular huddle with On-site Supervisor and On-site Representative to align the direction with the Management Team.
  • Evaluates Truckers and Inorganic personnel performance.
  • Coordinates with branches to ensure on-time delivery/pull out of cargoes in the outports.
  • Handles daily operational coordination with internal customers that requires resolution, ensuring proper escalation is being done within the SLA.
  • Attends to other tasks that the immediate leader may require.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • 1 year experience in Logistics related work
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Preferably with own vehicle; not required, but must be willing to travel for client visits
