Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to spearhead business growth initiatives in the logistics and distribution sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and client acquisition to account management — ensuring consistent revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets for logistics and distribution services.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries and regions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and business continuity.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align pricing strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor movements, and customer demands, transforming insights into tailored logistics solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive productivity, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, transport, or supply chain industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients across various regions.
