We're looking for an Executive Assistant who can provide high-level of executive support to the executives in the fabrication industry.

Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated experience in executive assistance
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-driven and reliable, with initiative to proactively follow up on tasks and actions
  • Familiarity with Australian business culture or experience working with AU clients is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals and tender documents reports for clients
  • Manage the Director's calendar, including client meetings and personal appointments
  • Format and prepare documentation, presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Monitor inboxes and manage routine correspondence
  • Prepopulate tender doc with compliance info, experiences, etc
  • Social media management
  • Assist in managing client relationships by maintaining contact information, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Assist in creating written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing channels to engage target audiences.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Draft, review, and edit documents, correspondence, proposals, and contracts to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and CRM systems to ensure accurate and accessible information.

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
