Executive Virtual Assistant (Data Entry Focus, Office-Based)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant with strong data entry skills to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on handling data entry and administrative support tasks while also assisting with executive-level responsibilities such as scheduling, communication management, and reporting.

This is an office-based position with a day shift schedule (Monday to Friday), offering HMO coverage, complete government-mandated benefits, and 13th month pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, ensuring records and databases are kept up-to-date.
  • Maintain and organize spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents.
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of clients or executives.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decisions and special projects.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as expense tracking and invoice preparation.
  • Provide customer service support through calls, emails, or chat as needed.
  • Support executives with ad hoc administrative and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a BPO/office-based environment.
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Drive).
  • Familiarity with productivity/project management tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Willing to work onsite/office-based (Monday to Friday).
