OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Prepare shifting schedule of the whole team
  • Coordinate with Airport Management on schedules and concerns
  • Coordinate with suppliers on delivers and schedule
  • Ensure quality of products and services are maintained
  • Ensure standard protocols are followed
  • Train new hires
  • Provide friendly service by greeting customers, taking orders, food and drink preparation and/or handling the cashier
  • Multi-task in a busy cafe environment and work quickly while providing excellent customer service
  • Cleaning equipment and cafe kiosk
  • Other duties will be discussed during interview

DESIRED EDUCATION OR WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Work experience in food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Must have experience in managing a team
  • Cash handling experience is a plus
  • With a bachelor's degree or vocational training
