HR Supervisor
Job Description
- Supervise and oversee daily HR operations across multiple branches or business units, ensuring adequate manpower coverage.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
- Implement and monitor company policies, Code of Conduct, and compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
- Develop, mentor, and evaluate HR Team Leaders and Staff; support onboarding, training, and career development initiatives.
- Manage payroll preparation and coordinate with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle employee relations, including grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
- Oversee performance evaluations and recommend training or development programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Prepare and submit HR reports, analytics, and manpower updates to management.
- Perform other HR-related functions as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resources Management, or any business, sociology, or psychology-related course.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Human Resources, handling multiple facets of HR.
