Are you an experienced sales leader looking to take the next step in your career? Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation/Horizon Auto Services, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Sales Head to join our team in Legazpi, Albay. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business growth
  • Manage, coach and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed their targets
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Continually seek ways to improve sales processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with sales best practices, including pipeline management and CRM
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
