District Manager

Location: Bicol

Work Set-up: On-site (Fieldwork)

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement & Revenue

• Implement plans to meet sales targets within defined timelines
• Monitor product performance across major and minor brands
• Sustain product movement and inventory levels in trade outlets and hospital pharmacies

Territory Business Management

• Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Ensure target MDs are updated in the master list
• Execute marketing programs on schedule
• Address customer concerns professionally and in line with company policies
• Coordinate with HR to minimize team vacancies
• Manage operational expenses and company assets
• Prepare and submit reports on time
• Perform other tasks aligned with business goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a District Manager in pharma (LifeCare experience preferred – cardio, metabolic, diabetes, critical care)
• College graduate, preferably in Business Management or a science-related course
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and company systems
• Skilled in coaching and team development
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Physically and mentally fit for fieldwork and irregular hours
• High integrity and compliance with company policies
