The Role:

Oyster Care Foundation is looking for a candidate who will coordinate recruitment efforts, manage job postings, candidate selection, and interview coordination. The role involves providing HR support to hiring managers, overseeing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and WHS standards. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in HR processes and IT are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with schedulers and Team Leaders to fill vacant positions.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job descriptions, advertisements, and interviews.
  • Conduct interviews and provide HR advice and support to hiring managers.
  • Negotiate job offers and prepare employment documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure new employees are properly oriented.
