
Product Strategist

At Nutrifinds, we believe great products deserve equally strong strategies - and we're looking for a Product Strategist to make that happen. In this role, you'll lead product marketing & performance, product knowledge & training, and product strategy & planning to ensure Nutrifinds' offerings deliver impact in the market. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Product Marketing & Performance (Existing Products)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that boost visibility, adoption, and sales of existing products.
- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and E-Commerce teams to launch campaigns that drive demand and retention.
2. Product Knowledge & Training
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge base of Nutrifinds' product portfolio, including features, benefits, and differentiators.
- Design and conduct product training sessions for internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling product communication.
- Create or imrpove product knowledge materials, guides, and toolkits for internal and external use.
3. Product Strategy & Planning
- Lead product strategy development by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product roadmaps, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and innovation areas to strengthen the product portfolio.
4. Consumer & Market Research
- Conduct market studies, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to guide product decisions.
- Translate insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
5. Campaign & Launch Support
- Partner with Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute product campaigns.
- Provide strategic input in product launches, ensuring alignment with market demand and brand direction.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, and R&D teams to align product goals with overall company objectives.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments for product initiatives.
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as sales performance, adoption rates, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for product improvements.
8. Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on industry innovations, consumer behavior shifts, and product category developments.
- Recommend forward-thinking strategies to maintain Nutrifinds' competitive edge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field.
2. Professional Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or management.
- Proven track record of driving product growth and market performance.
3. Product Marketing & Performance
- Strong background in creating and implementing product marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize product performance.
4. Product Knowledge & Training
- Ability to translate complex product details into easy-to-understand content.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing product knowledge materials.
5. Product Strategy & Planning
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, product positioning, and roadmap development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect market insights to actionable strategies.
6. Research & Analytical Skills
- Proficient in conducting consumer and competitor research to guide decisions.
- Comfortable using data and insights to shape product strategies.
7. Collaboration & Communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong written and verbal communication for product messaging and internal alignment.
8. Project & Time Management
- Skilled at managing multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
