As our Brand Strategist, you'll lead initiatives in brand marketing, promotions, events and partnerships, advertising strategy, and public relations to strengthen Nutrifinds' presence and engagement. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Brand Marketing
- Develop and implement integrated brand marketing strategies that drive awareness, strengthen positioning, and create long-term customer loyalty.
- Align campaigns with business objectives to ensure a cohesive brand identity across platforms.
2. Promotions
- Plan and execute promotional activities that maximize reach and sales impact.
- Coordinate seasonal and product-specific promotions that resonate with target audiences.
3. Events & Partnerships
- Conceptualize, organize, and manage events, sponsorships, and collaborations that boost Nutrifinds' visibility.
- Build strategic partnerships with organizations, communities, and influencers to enhance brand presence.
4. Advertisement Strategy
- Design and oversee advertising strategies across digital, social, print, and other media channels.
- Ensure campaigns deliver consistent brand messaging while optimizing cost efficiency and ROI.
5. Public Relations
- Develop PR strategies that maintain and enhance the company's reputation.
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand stories.
- Manage press releases, public statements, and crisis communications when necessary.
6. Market & Consumer Insights
- Research industry trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
- Leverage insights to create data-driven marketing and brand initiatives.
7. Messaging & Storytelling
- Create compelling narratives for campaigns, events, and PR activities to connect with audiences.
- Ensure messaging is consistent across all communication touchpoints.
8. Campaign Development
- Work with Creative, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to design and launch innovative campaigns.
- Integrate promotional, advertising, and PR efforts into cohesive strategies.
9. Brand Performance Monitoring
- Establish KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report performance, recommending adjustments for stronger results.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative, E-Commerce, Product Development, and Sales teams to align strategies with overall company objectives.
11. Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with the latest trends in branding, PR, promotional marketing, and advertising innovations.
- Recommend fresh approaches to keep Nutrifinds competitive and relevant.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related fields.
- Proven success in brand marketing, promotions, events and partnerships, advertisement strategy, and public relations.
3. Strategic & Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to translate consumer insights and market research into actionable brand strategies.
- Solid understanding of market segmentation, brand positioning, and performance measurement.
4. Creative & Communication Skills
- Excellent storytelling and copy development skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages.
- Strong communication and PR skills, including media relations and public-facing representation.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital Marketing, Product, and Sales).
- Ability to guide initiatives across promotions, events, PR, and advertising.
6. Project & Time Management
- Skilled at managing multiple campaigns, events, and brand activities while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
7. Personal Attributes
- Strategic thinker with creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Passionate about branding, consumer engagement, and innovative marketing approaches.
