The Studio Collective is seeking a creative and analytical Content Strategist to develop, execute, and manage content strategies that align with our brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs. The Content Strategist will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content across digital platforms to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct audience and market research to identify content opportunities, gaps, and trends.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to produce high-quality content that supports campaigns and initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation, editing, and optimization for websites, blogs, social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging content platforms.
  • Guide and mentor content creators, freelancers, and contributors as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and digital analytics tools.
  • Experience developing multi-channel content strategies (web, social, email, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation.
  • Experience in paid content distribution and digital advertising.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
