
Digital Marketing Officer

Nutrifinds is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to power our brand's online growth and presence across both B2B and B2C markets. This role covers everything from social media, content, influencers, and ads to website optimization, SEO, and email marketing-making sure our message reaches the right audience, at the right time, in the most engaging you're creative, data-driven, and ready to take on a dynamic digital role, this is your chance to grow with us.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Social Media Marketing & Management
- Plan, manage, and grow Nutrifinds' social media presence across platforms for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Create calendars, schedule posts, and oversee community engagement.
- Review and approve social media content before publishing.
2. Content Production
- Collaborate with the Creatives Team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and written content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand identity, campaigns, and promotions.
3. Influencer Marketing
- Identify, coordinate, and manage partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
- Track influencer performance and ROI.
4. Advertisement Execution (Digital & Traditional)
- Manage paid ads across digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Coordinate with external partners or media for traditional ad placements (print, radio, OOH).
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
5. Website Management & Optimization
- Oversee content updates, promotions, and campaigns on the company website.
- Work with Brand Strategy and Marketing Management Section alongside with Creatives Team to improve UI/UX and conversion rates.
6. Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and retention strategies.
- Segment audiences for personalization and track open/click-through rates.
7. SEO
- Optimize website and content for search visibility and keyword performance.
- Monitor SEO analytics and recommend improvements for ranking and traffic growth.
8. Copywriting
- Write compelling copy for ads, social posts, product pages, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all platforms.
9. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs across campaigns, social media, and website performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on insights and data trends.
10. Approvals & Quality Control
- Review and approve all marketing content, creatives, and campaign materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all B2B and B2C initiatives.
11. Team Mentorship & Development
- Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to the Digital Marketing team (Strategist, Coordinator, and related roles).
- Foster skill development, encourage innovation, and ensure team collaboration for stronger digital execution.
12. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Social Media & Content Strategist and Coordinator to align digital campaigns with content strategies.
- Partner with other teams inside Marketing and Sales Department to ensure digital initiatives meet business objectives.
13. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social, digital, and advertising.
- Introduce fresh strategies to strengthen Nutrifinds' online presence and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
2. Professional Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in social media management, paid ads, SEO, and content creation.
3. Technical Proficiency
- Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Familiar with SEO tools.
- Experience in email marketing platforms.
4. Social & Content Skills
- Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and content calendars.
5. Creative & Copywriting Skills
- Excellent writing skills for crafting persuasive ad copies, captions, and product descriptions.
- Ability to collaborate with Creatives for engaging visuals and campaigns.
6. Project & Time Management
- Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused.
7. Collaboration & Communication
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present and explain campaign ideas and results clearly.
