Multimedia Artist & Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a Multimedia Artist & Marketing Assistant who's passionate about design, content creation, and storytelling. You'll be part of a fast-growing creative team that works across advertising, print, and production — helping build campaigns, shoot content, and bring brands to life through visuals and strategy.

This role is perfect for someone who's both creative and strategic — you'll design digital materials, produce photo/video content, support marketing initiatives, and help manage our social media presence.

What You'll Do

Creative & Multimedia Production

  • Design digital and print materials for marketing campaigns, clients, and internal projects.
  • Shoot and edit videos, reels, and photo content for social media, websites, and brand materials.
  • Support UI/UX design and website visuals in coordination with the Digital Specialist.
  • Manage post-production workflows — editing, file organization, and delivery of final assets.
  • Assist in maintaining and preparing studio equipment for production shoots.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputs.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across VIMO Group's social media channels.
  • Help draft marketing captions, campaign copy, and visual concepts aligned with brand tone.
  • Support email marketing, digital ads, and brand promotions.
  • Conduct light market research and competitor analysis to inspire campaign ideas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely rollout of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Track engagement and assist in reporting performance metrics for ongoing campaigns.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in design, multimedia production, or marketing assistance (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut) or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail — from design layout to color balance and typography.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills; can handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary: ₱15,000-₱20,000 (depending on experience)

Probationary Period: 6 months
