Responsibilities Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and new market opportunities. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing). Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM data, and social media insights. Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact. Stay up to date with emerging marketing technologies and best practices. Present strategy reports and insights to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a marketing strategist or similar role (3–5+ years preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).
