We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Engineer (Electrical) to join a leading BIM outsourcing company in Clark, Pampanga. The role involves developing accurate Revit 3D models, ensuring electrical system coordination, and working with project managers and engineers on international projects.

Responsibilities

  • Convert electrical design drawings into detailed Revit 3D models.
  • Conduct clash coordination with other disciplines to ensure accurate and constructible models.
  • Prepare and track RFIs for design clarifications and coordination updates.
  • Perform Pointcloud-to-BIM conversions as needed.
  • Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the team in identifying project issues and proposing practical solutions.
  • Perform first-level quality control checks to maintain BIM standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of BIM modeling experience in electrical or MEPF systems.
  • Proficient in Revit; familiar with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Archicad.
  • Knowledge in 3D visualization or rendering software is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret multidisciplinary drawings (Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEPF).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team collaborator.
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.
