A top BIM outsourcing firm based in Clark, Pampanga is looking for an experienced BIM MEP Lead/Coordinator to guide its project teams in delivering high-quality and fully coordinated BIM models for international and US-based projects. The role focuses on technical accuracy, design coordination, and mentoring team members in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the BIM environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise BIM teams in modeling and coordinating MEP systems based on international standards and project requirements.
  • Review construction drawings and BIM models to ensure compliance, constructability, and coordination across all disciplines.
  • Identify design conflicts, propose solutions, and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet company standards, BIM execution plans, and client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM engineers on best practices and quality control.
  • Prepare detailed reports, mark-ups, and coordination reviews for ongoing projects.
  • Conduct training or knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team skills in mechanical and BIM design workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in MEP design, coordination, or BIM management, with exposure to US or international projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and piping systems.
  • Familiar with International Mechanical Code, NFPA, and other international standards.
  • Proficient in Revit; knowledgeable in Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Archicad.
  • Experience using 3D software or rendering tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication, time management, and leadership skills.
