We're looking for a BIM Engineer who's skilled in Structural and MEPFS design and wants to be part of a forward-thinking team. In this role, you'll use Revit or ArchiCAD to develop and coordinate smart, accurate models that bring our building projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage BIM models for Structural and MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary) systems.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to make sure designs are accurate, complete, and aligned.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
  • Update and maintain models as designs evolve throughout the project.
  • Ensure all designs meet local and international codes and project standards.
  • Join coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Review drawings and perform quality checks to maintain high accuracy.
  • Support the team in preparing shop drawings and final documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer (PRC Registered).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination for Structural or MEPFS systems.
  • Proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD, or other BIM software.
  • Strong understanding of building systems such as structure, HVAC, power, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and coordination practices.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well with a team.
  • Preferably based in Pampanga or nearby provinces.
