A top BIM outsourcing company in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a skilled BIM Engineer (MEP) who can create accurate and coordinated 3D models using Revit and related tools. This position is ideal for engineers who want to grow their technical expertise and work on international BIM projects that push design coordination and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Convert 2D MEP drawings into detailed, constructible Revit 3D models.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Produce coordination drawings that reflect accurate site and construction details.
  • Convert Pointcloud scans into BIM models.
  • Prepare RFIs to resolve inconsistencies or technical issues.
  • Ensure that all BIM outputs follow company and client standards.
  • Conduct self-checks and peer reviews to maintain quality.
  • Support project leads in managing schedules and ensuring productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineering (or related course).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer or Modeler for MEP projects.
  • Proficient in Revit; skilled in Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and knowledgeable in Archicad.
  • Background in 3D visualization or rendering tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of plan reading across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEPF disciplines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
  • Available to start immediately preferred.
