Join a top BIM outsourcing firm in Clark, Pampanga as a BIM Architect/Engineer. In this role, you'll transform 2D drawings and Pointcloud scans into accurate 3D BIM models that help global teams design and build smarter. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver highly coordinated, visually accurate, and constructible BIM outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and develop detailed Revit 3D architectural or structural models.
  • Convert Pointcloud scans into precise BIM models.
  • Lead clash detection and produce coordination drawings.
  • Maintain and follow company BIM standards and checklists.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs to clarify design details and coordination concerns.
  • Conduct first-line quality control checks before submission.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and BIM managers for project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Proficient in Revit, with working knowledge of Navisworks, ACC, and Archicad.
  • Knowledge of 3D visualization or rendering tools is an advantage.
  • Can interpret multidisciplinary plans (Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEPF).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Willing to report onsite in Makati or Clark when required.
