BIM Lead

We're looking for a Senior BIM Lead who can manage multiple BIM projects from start to finish. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership to make sure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets Aidea's quality standards.

You'll lead coordination between our design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure that each project meets client expectations and follows Aidea's BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple BIM projects across various building types.
• Plan, organize, and monitor project progress and team performance.
• Supervise BIM production, setup, and quality control for deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design or technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Review and maintain project documentation, models, and reports.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior BIM team members.
• Coordinate project billing, documentation, and client submissions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Licensed professional (Engineer or Architect) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience handling BIM-based projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, design coordination, and construction processes.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit (modeling, documentation, and collaboration).
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby areas.
