About the Role

We're looking for a proactive team member to be our front desk "go-to" while providing basic IT support. Around 80% of this role is customer service and office admin support, and about 20% is basic technical support (computer and network troubleshooting). If you are organized, people-oriented, and have technical skills, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Office Admin (≈80%)

  • Welcome and assist members and guests
  • Answer calls, handle inquiries, and respond to emails
  • Log and manage mail/packages and courier deliveries
  • Support day-to-day office operations and documentation

Basic Technical Support (≈20%)

  • Provide basic computer and network troubleshooting
  • Assist colleagues and clients with simple IT issues (log-ins, printers, connectivity, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external IT support for issues that need escalation

What We are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT-related field, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting (computers & networks)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Reliable attendance record
