Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Quezon City. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing phone etiquette, assisting with check-ins, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, and handling any guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in performing Receptionist Duties and Check-in procedures
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and helpful experience to all guests
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and reservation systems
