  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems aligned with company objectives.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing employee queries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Develop, coordinate, and administer training and development programs, including onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures; provide guidance on performance evaluation systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the management in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee counseling.
  • Maintain and update employee records and 201 files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure legal compliance with employment standards and labor regulations.
  • Implement and monitor the performance management system, ensuring timely job description updates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Oversee employee health, safety, and welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration, including timely updates to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR records.
  • Maintain accurate digital HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports to the CEO and Executive Director.
  • Handle HR matters for both IWave Inc. and its subsidiary IWAR Inc.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php42,000.00 per month
