About the role

As the HR Officer - North Luzon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions across North Luzon. This full-time position will be based in Makati City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and maintain effective HR policies and procedures across the North Luzon region
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees in the North Luzon offices
  • Conduct employee orientations and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration for the North Luzon workforce
  • Provide HR advisory support to managers and employees, addressing queries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programmes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth objectives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and best practices in HR management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the North Luzon region as required
