Responsibilities:
- Assisting with global employee relations case management organization, including responding to general employee and manager inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee data by managing HR systems and processes
- Assist with programs to ensure smooth operation and a positive employee experience.
- Ensuring application of company policies and procedures in a consistent and equitable manner.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services
- Experience in offshore HR facets is an advantage, (HR Data Management, HR Onboarding, HR Learning & Development, HR RPO Talent Acquisition, etc.,)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Working Schedule: 9AM to 9PM Eastern Time (Graveyard or nightshift in the Philippines) Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility may be required during peak times. Shifting Schedule and Primarily office based
