Job description:
The HR Officer functions as an HR generalist, reporting directly to top management.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
- Benefits administration
- Timekeeping
- Employees engagement, discipline, grievance management
- Employee records monitoring, and management
- Policy improvements, development and implementation
- Other HR related functions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Psychology
- At least three (3) years' experience in Human Resources with a solid working knowledge of HR processes, and documentation
- Very good inter-personal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
- High level of intergity, professionalism and discretion
- Preferably with background and exposure in labor laws, and/or organizational development
