About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-rounded HR Officer to join our growing team. This role is for an HR Generalist who is familiar with all facets of Human Resource Management and can provide support across multiple HR functions. The successful candidate must have strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits, with at least 2 years of proven experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
  • Administer and monitor compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update HR records, reports, and documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
  • Actively participate in HR projects and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and government compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of HRIS is an advantage.
