About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ES TRANSPORT INC. as an HR Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management for our growing organization based in Cubao, Quezon City. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our strategic business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's goals and values
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations
  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being and development
  • Overseeing payroll and benefits administration
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and address HR-related business needs
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing reports as required
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Philippine employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • PMAP certification or equivalent professional HR qualification is desirable
