About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join ES TRANSPORT INC. as an HR Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management for our growing organization based in Cubao, Quezon City. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our strategic business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's goals and values
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being and development
- Overseeing payroll and benefits administration
- Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and address HR-related business needs
- Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing reports as required
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Philippine employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-focused mindset
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- PMAP certification or equivalent professional HR qualification is desirable
