We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and labor compliance. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with company objectives, building a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee engagement and growth.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and company policies.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, coaching, and succession planning.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management decision-making.
- Mentor and supervise the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Act as a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications is an advantage).
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
