Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR Department and drive initiatives that align with the company's goals. The HR Manager will handle the full scope of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead the HR team in planning and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from hiring to onboarding.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Handle compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
  • Performance Management: Strengthen performance management and ensure timely PMS implementation.
  • Learning & Development: Create and execute training programs that promote employee growth and performance
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Government Compliance: Ensure adherence to DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government requirements.
  • Policy Compliance: Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct. Ensure workforce compliance to company code of conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years in a managerial HR role
  • Experience from a company with structured HR systems
  • Strong background in training & development and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government compliance
