Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on promoting and selling our portfolio of critical auxiliary projects and services. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a technical aptitude, a hunter's mentality for generating new business, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals within your assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Education: College level(Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience). A background in Engineering, IT, Business, or Marketing is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sale role, preferably within the security, low voltage, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or construction industries.
  • Technical Aptitude : Ability to quickly learn and articulate the technical aspects of FDAS, CCTV, and Structured Cabling Systems. Prior experience selling these solutions is a significant advantage
  • Driving Requirement : Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Fluent in both English and local Dialect(Cebuano)
  • Hunter Mentality : A self-starter with a proven tract of record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Costumer-Focused : A genuine desire to help clients solve problems and improve their operations.
  • Proficiency: Solid skills in CRM software( e.g., Sales Force, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email communication.

Responsibilities:

  • · New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and generate sales leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored Insystic solutions.

· Product Knowledge & Presentation: Develop a deep understanding of our services (FDAS, CCTV, Structured Cabling, Access Control, etc.) and effectively demonstrate their value proposition to potential clients across various industries.

· Solution Selling: Conduct site surveys and needs assessments to prepare accurate and competitive proposals, quotations, and system designs in collaboration with our technical team.

· Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and handover to the project implementation team.

· Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

· Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the company CRM system.

· Driving: Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet with prospects and clients. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
