About the role

Insystic Corp' is seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Tipolo Mandaue City Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities and pipeline
  • Contribute to the overall growth and development of the sales team

What we're looking for

  • At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Account & Relationship Management industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A team player with a positive, results-oriented attitude
