Sales Saturator (Medical Field)
The Sales Saturator is responsible for conducting market saturation activities in assigned territories to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities. This role involves regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical professionals to promote products, gather leads, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute market saturation strategies by visiting targeted healthcare facilities and professionals on a scheduled basis.
- Introduce and promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other medical practitioners.
- Distribute marketing materials and samples to potential clients.
- Collect and update customer information, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and setting appointments with prospective clients.
- Ensure consistent product presence in the market to build brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives and Supervisors to align activities with sales targets.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports to immediate superior.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, fieldwork, or marketing; experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is an advantage.
Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills

- Adaptability in fieldwork environment
- Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical products (preferred)
License:
- A valid driver's license is required.
