Description

  1. Sales & Saturation:

  2. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the CALABARZON region.

  3. Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail accounts to expand our market reach and achieve area saturation.
  4. Conduct regular sales calls and product presentations to existing and potential clients.

  5. Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock levels on shelves to prevent out-of-stock situations.

  6. Account Management & Relationship Building:

  7. Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with buyers and store managers.

  8. Understand each client's unique business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their pet category sales.

  9. Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

  10. Market Intelligence:

  11. Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, monitoring competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies within the region.

  12. Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to the Sales Manager.

  13. Provide insights and recommendations to improve our market position and product offerings.

  14. Merchandising & Brand Advocacy:

  15. Ensure all merchandising guidelines are followed in-store, including proper shelf placement, pricing, and the use of promotional materials.

  16. Conduct product knowledge training sessions for store staff to empower them to effectively sell our products.

  17. Passionately represent our brand and embody our love for pets in all interactions.

  18. Administration:

  19. Manage sales administration using CRM software, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales pipeline.

  20. Prepare and submit timely sales reports, itineraries, and expense reports.
