Sets the Sales 1-year operational and tactical plans for assigned area.
Accountable for assigned area sales performance & monitors Sales Officers & Business Development Officers individual sales performance.
Determines area sales target and distributes appropriately to their respective Sales Officers & Business Development Officers
Regularly updates sales performance in the assigned area to management & reports market information concerning strategies and of the competitors with the account.
Provides feedback from customers and competitors' activities in the development/implementation of the marketing plans
Ensures proper implementation of activities through field work, coaching and management of day-to-day activities of Sales Officers & Business Development Officers
Conducts weekly Sales Alignment meeting
Ensures that all direct reports are able to achieve sales incentives and provide necessary next steps for the non-achievement of deliverables
Knowledgeable about customer market and competitors' activities to be able to accurately forecast sales projection and shift in the marketplace in the assigned territory
Maintains good and productive relationship with his direct reports and facilitates open communication among employees
Conducts scheduled trade check on assigned area to ensure on right product mix availability, proper inventory of products in the channel and saturation of our products in the area.
Implements the approved marketing plan in assigned area in partnership with the Trade Marketing Team.
Ensures All Accounts in the assigned area are properly manage. (Accounts receivable, Merchandise Placements, etc.)
Ensures that the agreed distribution level of must-have SKUs in assigned area are met.
Conducts field coaching to Sales Officer & Business Development Officer
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering, Business Management or similar courses)
- With at least 5 years' experience in Sales/Marketing related field, and 3 years' leading a team
- Must have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, organizational awareness (structure, products and services, Business to business selling skills, and Solutions Oriented Approach
- Must know how to Drive a vehicle, with a valid Driver's license, and willing to do area saturation
