JOB DESCRIPTION:
Compensation:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs (e.g., salary structures, pay grades, job evaluations).
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive salary data.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to guide HR and management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and internal equity policies.
Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits.
- Liaise with insurance providers and benefits vendors to resolve issues and ensure high service levels.
- Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and communicate changes to staff.
- Ensure benefit plans are compliant with labor laws and regulations
HR - Recruitment Support:
- Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data in HR systems
- Support Recruitment Officer from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resources, AB Behavioral Science, or any related field
- With at least 3 years of experience handling Compensation and Benefits
- Strong knowledge of company compensation and benefits regulations and best practices
- Updated with current employment mandated laws
- Proficient in MS Office
