Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated L2 Onsite Support to join our team. This role is responsible for hands-on support in IT site management, ensuring smooth IT operations for both internal and external users. The successful candidate will support infrastructure, applications, user access, and local IT operations in line with global IT standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote support to end-users, infrastructure components, and non-PC devices (e.g., handheld scanners, printers, AV equipment, mobile devices).
  • Assist with the setup and support of internal and external meetings/events.
  • Manage ingress and egress of IT materials and coordinate with vendors.
  • Perform daily system and safety checks to ensure all IT systems are operational.
  • Conduct internal IT audits and support audit readiness.
  • Handle IT procurement processes including quotation requests, PR/PO creation, invoice processing, and vendor payment follow-ups.
  • Administer user access requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist Application Owners with user access attestations.
  • Manage service desk tickets: logging, escalating, following up, and closing.
  • Provide support for network equipment and facilities (MDF/IDF rooms).
  • Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating with application SMEs and support teams.
  • Maintain IT inventory from acquisition to disposal, including storage housekeeping.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Assist with local IT financial reporting and global/local project support.
  • Contribute to documentation updates and IT desk procedure reviews.
  • Support compliance with Global Information Management (GIM) and Application File Review (AFR) requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, end-user support, hardware, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with IT procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Experience in handling IT audits, compliance, and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
