Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced L2 Support to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated issues from L1 support, including incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Monitor systems, applications, and network alerts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare additional detailed information for Tier 3 on issues that require dev involvement
  • Create support commands/scripts/workarounds to resolve customer issues
  • Support issue resolution with various Internal Admin Tools (IAT)
  • Provide support for user access management, configurations, and system maintenance.
  • Work within defined SLAs to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Support change management activities, including testing and deployment validation.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation if required.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes such as incident, problem, and change management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with software concepts such as: HTML, Javascript, Wordpress, SQL Queries, Exponea or other CRM platform tool experience, Word, Excel, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
