Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced L2 Support to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated issues from L1 support, including incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Monitor systems, applications, and network alerts to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare additional detailed information for Tier 3 on issues that require dev involvement
- Create support commands/scripts/workarounds to resolve customer issues
- Support issue resolution with various Internal Admin Tools (IAT)
- Provide support for user access management, configurations, and system maintenance.
- Work within defined SLAs to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Support change management activities, including testing and deployment validation.
- Participate in on-call support rotation if required.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with software concepts such as: HTML, Javascript, Wordpress, SQL Queries, Exponea or other CRM platform tool experience, Word, Excel, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
