Job Description
As an
Operations and Administrative Assistant,
you'll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, helping ensure smooth workflows across multiple business units. From scheduling and record-keeping to coordinating events and supporting teams, you'll be the key link that keeps operations efficient and seamless.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
in
Business Administration, Operations Management,
or a related field
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes (Essential):
- 3 or more years in an equivalent role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new software tools for collaboration
Your Daily Tasks
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records
- Assist with company activities such as EOFY events, Christmas parties, and team-building activities
- Liaise with shared services teams (Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Facilities) for routine requests and follow-ups
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures as directed by management
- Maintain management systems by updating records and ensuring documentation is current
- Perform basic data entry, reporting, and tracking of operational metrics
- Respond to routine staff queries and escalate issues to managers as needed
