What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and provide support as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of customer facing experience, preferably Sales Clerk
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak and write fluently in English
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company
