About the role

This is a full-time role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Telco Sales CSR & Billing Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support for an Australian dayshift account, covering dayshift to midshift hours.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries related to sales, billing, and account management
  2. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers based on their needs
  3. Process customer payments, adjustments, and other billing-related transactions
  4. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, services, and policies
  5. Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications or utility industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Fluency in English, both verbal and written
