About the role
We are seeking an experienced Telco Sales CSR & Billing professional to join our client's operations in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to work dayshift to midshift hours supporting an Australian account.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone
- Handling inbound sales inquiries and cross-selling/upselling products and services
- Assisting with billing queries and processing payments
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Adhering to call quality standards and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology tools
- Familiarity with Australian telecommunications products and services
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
