About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telco Sales CSR & Billing professional to join our client's operations in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to work dayshift to midshift hours supporting an Australian account.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone
  2. Handling inbound sales inquiries and cross-selling/upselling products and services
  3. Assisting with billing queries and processing payments
  4. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  6. Adhering to call quality standards and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficient in using relevant software and technology tools
  5. Familiarity with Australian telecommunications products and services
  6. A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
