We areseeking driven and customer-focused Technical Support Associates to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What You'll be Doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing technical troubleshooting and support
  2. Diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical problems related to our products and services
  3. Educating customers on the features and functionalities of our offerings
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  6. Continuously learning and expanding your technical knowledge to better serve our customers

What We're Looking For

  1. At least a senior high school graduate, preferably with at least 6 months of customer service experience
  2. Offers a Relocation Package to outside CDO candidates
  3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional support
  4. Demonstrated experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  6. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail
  7. Adaptability and the willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  8. Fluency in English
