We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Associate to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound technical support inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues experienced by customers
  3. Provide clear and concise explanations to customers on how to resolve problems
  4. Escalate complex issues to relevant subject matter experts as needed
  5. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system
  6. Continuously learn and stay updated on new products, services, and technologies
  7. Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficiency in using various computer applications and software
  5. A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role
  7. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
