The chef will ensure high-quality food, maintain kitchen hygiene, and provide a unique, culturally authentic dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as Japanese Chef or in Japanese kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
  • Experience with sushi preparation is essential; experience with teppanyaki or robatayaki is a plus
  • Willing to do field work
