Momo Paradise, a renowned Japanese shabu-shabu and sukiyaki restaurant, is seeking dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Crew members with 1 to 5 years of experience in food preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Japanese cuisine, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Japanese dishes such as shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, donburi, and other menu items.
  • Ensure all ingredients are properly cleaned, portioned, and prepared according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and food storage areas.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Support the kitchen team in plating and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Monitor inventory and report any shortages or damaged ingredients to the supervisor or chef.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew, Cook Assistant, or in a similar role in a restaurant setting.
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine or willingness to learn.
  • Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
  • Can work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Job Type: Full-time
