Tahche is seeking a Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing strategy, campaigns, and content for US client acquisition. This hands-on role will drive demand generation, build brand awareness, and support Sales with high-quality leads.

This is a full-time role, in a US shift schedule and a Hybrid setup.

What You'll Do:

  • Own a B2B marketing strategy for the US market
  • Build digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, paid ads) to generate leads
  • Create content: case studies, sales decks, whitepapers, and web assets
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns using analytics
  • Partner with Sales & Client Success on outreach and client engagement

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, consulting, or professional services
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong digital marketing, analytics, and lead-generation skills
  • US market experience is a plus
  • Proficient in HubSpot/CRM, Google Analytics, Google/Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite
