Tahche is looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to own US client acquisition, demand generation, and brand growth. This is a high-impact role for marketers from BPO, RPO, KPO, or professional services who thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments and want exposure to US-based clients.

This is a full-time role, in a US shift schedule and a on-site setup.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end digital campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Build and optimize LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, email, SEO, and landing page campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive measurable impact.
  • Mentor and guide marketing teams, shaping the company's global brand presence.
  • Opportunity to work with US clients and enhance your international marketing experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in digital strategy, analytics, and campaign execution.
  • Experience with US-facing campaigns is a plus.
