Employment Type: Full-time, Internal Hiring

Tahche is seeking a Marketing Manager who will lead all marketing initiatives focused on client acquisition, brand growth, and demand generation for the US market. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building Tahche's marketing engine to attract US companies, strengthen our global brand presence, and support the Sales and Business Development teams with high-impact marketing assets.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in B2B marketing, confident in leading digital campaigns end-to-end, and skilled at executing strategies that convert prospects into leads and clients.


Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and own Tahche's marketing strategy for US client acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team across content, digital marketing, and creative functions.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and creative resources.
  • Ensure marketing messaging consistently reflects Tahche's professional, global brand.
Demand Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Build and optimize lead-generation strategies through:

  • Facebook and LinkedIn ads

  • Google Ads (Search & Display)
  • Email marketing automation
  • SEO-driven content
  • Landing page funnels
  • Create targeted campaigns for key industries (healthcare, finance, engineering, digital services).
  • Deliver marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and develop nurture sequences to support the Sales Pipeline.
Content, Branding & Messaging
  • Oversee creation of high-quality content: case studies, sales decks, website pages, marketing brochures, and brand assets.
  • Strengthen Tahche's thought leadership and value positioning in the outsourcing industry.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for marketing performance and campaign ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Executive Team for strategy optimization.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports via CRM and analytics tools.
Sales & Client Success Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales to create CRM automation, outreach sequences, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support Customer Success in generating client stories, testimonials, and retention-driven content.
  • Collaborate on webinars, events, and industry-focused marketing activities.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, outsourcing, professional services, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a marketing team or multiple digital functions.

  • Proven experience leading ad campaigns across:

  • Facebook

  • LinkedIn
  • Google Ads
  • Email Marketing
  • Strong expertise in digital strategy, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Experience in GoHighLevel CRM strongly preferred; experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is acceptable.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with US markets or US-based clients is a plus.
